Job Summary
Sales & Service Manager role leading the in-store Sales & Service and guest-experience efforts at ALO in Toronto. Drive sales targets, coach and develop the Sales & Service team, manage scheduling and budgeting in partnership with the General Manager, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include leading a cross-functional team, building and executing the Sales & Service strategy, monitoring metrics, and maintaining a safe, inviting store environment. Requires 3-5 years of retail leadership, strong communication, multitasking in a dynamic environment, and physical ability to move throughout the store during shifts. Core duties cover staff development, operational efficiency, and aligning with ALO’s guiding principles.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment
- Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability
- Requires constant movement in and around all areas of the store
- Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
- Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
