Job Summary
Sales & Service Manager responsible for leading the store's Sales & Service team and guest experience, partnering with the General Manager to implement sales strategies, manage budget and key metrics, coach and develop staff, and ensure collaboration across operations and brand culture. Focus areas include driving sales opportunities, ensuring exceptional in-store guest interactions, workforce planning for floor coverage, coaching for talent development, budget and reporting oversight, and cross-functional partnership to execute the store's vision. The role requires retail leadership experience, strong communication, scheduling and talent development capabilities, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset to align with ALO’s guiding principles.
Required Qualifications
- Prior leadership experience in retail or related industry
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment
- Highly motivated by driving business in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Business owner mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability
