Job Summary
Sales & Service Manager leads the store's Sales & Service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, develops workforce solutions and scheduling, partners with the General Manager on budget and performance metrics, and drives recruitment and talent development aligned with ALO’s guiding principles. The role requires constant movement around the store, coaching on product education, and ensuring operational efficiency while maintaining brand culture and guest-focused service. Requires 3-5 years of retail leadership, strong MS Office skills, excellent communication, ability to manage multiple priorities, and physical ability to move around the store (up to 50 pounds) with full-time availability including holidays. Location is Las Vegas at The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. Equal Opportunity Employer. Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment
- Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability
- Requires constant movement in and around all areas of the store
- Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
- Full-time schedule with open/close/weekend shifts and holiday season availability
