Job Summary
Generate new residential and commercial accounts through prospecting, networking, and referrals while meeting and exceeding sales goals to drive branch growth. Manage, train, and motivate a team of service technicians, and perform pest control services regularly to lead by example in the field. Oversee daily operations, routing, and service quality, ensuring compliance with company standards, state regulations, and safety protocols. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and upsell opportunities, handling concerns and ensuring timely resolution. Manage fleet, service agreements, and required reporting. Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Proven sales experience with a track record of closing new business
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to obtain and maintain required licenses
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
Desired Qualifications
- Pest control or home services experience preferred
