Job Summary
Sales & Service Manager role leads the store's Sales & Service team to deliver exceptional guest experience, investigates and addresses sales opportunities with the General Manager, develops workforce solutions and staffing plans, builds client relationships, and collaborates on the Sales & Service strategy while aligning with store budget, metrics, and brand culture. The role emphasizes coaching, talent development, scheduling, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering the store's business goals in Sydney CBD.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment
- Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability
- Requires constant movement in and around all areas of the store
- Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 10-15KG
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
- Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
