Job Summary
Lead the Sales & Service team in the San Diego Fashion Valley store to execute the guest experience strategy and achieve sales targets. Drive exceptional guest experience on the floor through coaching, staffing, and ensuring effective sales floor coverage; partner with the General Manager to implement the Sales & Service model, monitor budget and performance metrics, and plan for quarterly and annual sales goals. Manage a cross-functional team (Sales, Service, and Community) with a focus on talent development, recruitment strategy, succession planning, and clear communication of brand culture. Maintain store operations and safety, build internal and external pipelines, and ensure schedules align with business needs while upholding ALO’s guiding principles. Requires constant movement in-store and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with full-time availability including weekends and holiday periods.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment
- Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability
- Requires constant movement in and around all areas of the store
- Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for an entire shift
- Full-Time availability for opening/closing and weekends per store needs
