Job Summary
Sales & Service Manager at ALO (Fashion Island) leads the Sales & Service team to deliver exceptional guest experience and execute the store’s business targets. Responsibilities include rooting out sales opportunities, coaching and developing the team, managing scheduling and workforce solutions, collaborating with the General Manager on budget, metrics, and planning, and representing the business in cross-functional partnerships. The role requires constant movement in and around the store, people leadership to elevate talent, and ensuring alignment with ALO’s guiding principles and store strategy.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment
- Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability
- Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
- Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
