Job Summary
Sales & Service Manager in Columbus, OH leading store-level Sales & Service and guest experience initiatives. Drives guest connections, coaching, and customer education on products; ensures floor coverage and execution of selling initiatives; partners with General Manager on budget, metrics, and strategic planning; leads a team through accountability and development, builds internal/external pipelines, and aligns with ALO’s guiding principles. Requires constant movement around the store, leadership presence, scheduling ownership, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment; physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for shifts. This role emphasizes people leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering exceptional guest experience while achieving business targets.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment
- Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability
- Requires constant movement in and around all areas of the store
- Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
- Full-Time availability for opening/closing and weekend shifts during peak periods
