Job Summary
Lead the store leadership team by investigating sales opportunities, overseeing the Sales & Service team to execute exceptional guest experiences through coaching, and building daily client relationships. Drive sales initiatives and workforce solutions to ensure effective floor coverage while partnering with the General Manager to develop and implement store strategies for budget, reporting, and planning. Represent the business in meetings, manage operational deliverables to protect efficiency, and lead talent development through succession planning and recruitment. Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment through constant movement across the sales floor and back of house. Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays to support business needs.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment
- Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability
- Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
- Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
- Weekend and holiday shifts
- On-site work in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do area
