Job Summary
Sales & Service Manager responsible for achieving sales targets for distributors in assigned territories, initiating weekly sales meetings with distributors, providing product and service training, offering tender/compliance support, coordinating end-to-end logistics and finance between distributors and Scimed Asia, collecting market information, and delivering weekly sales & marketing reporting. The role requires coordinating with distributors, supporting new product introductions and large projects, and maintaining strong customer relationships within the healthcare/life sciences sector.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 5 years of sales and service experience within healthcare/life sciences industry
- Experience with medical freezers, refrigerators, and CO2 incubators highly desirable
- Exceptional organizational abilities and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong strategic mindset and excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
