Job Summary
Sales & Service Lead at ALO (Rockefeller Center) responsible for elevating guest experience on the store floor, delivering engagement and education targets, coaching team members to close gaps, maintaining an elevated service-lead environment, building client relationships, analyzing reports to drive actions, ensuring floor coverage, managing partnerships with Operations & Visual teams, recruiting and developing Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers, and collaborating cross-functionally to execute company directives. Requires 2+ years in a client-centric sales role, leadership ability, strong communication skills, high energy, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset. The role is full-time with a schedule including peak days and weekends, located in New York, NY.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ Years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
- Proven leadership capabilities demonstrating excellent decision making
- Values feedback, receptive to receiving feedback and eager to provide
- High energy, upbeat and enthusiastic with the ability to integrate fun and work
- Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
