Job Summary
Lead an exceptional guest experience on the sales floor by assessing guest connections, providing technical product education, and coaching team members to address gaps. Build daily client relationships, analyze reports to strategize results, and implement action plans for deficient areas. Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives. Partner with Operations and Visual Managers to manage reporting, budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships. Directly oversee Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers, handling recruitment, development, and performance evaluations using company tools. Collaborate with Community, Operations, and Visual Leads to execute cross-functional training and directives. Work full-time (32-40 hours) with variable shifts including peak days, weekends, and the Blackout period.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ Years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
- Proven leadership capabilities demonstrating excellent decision making
- Values feedback, receptive to receiving feedback and eager to provide
- High energy, upbeat and enthusiastic with the ability to integrate fun and work
- Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Aligns with and embodies ALO's Guiding Principles

- Ability to work during the company's Blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving through the end of the holiday season (the 1st week of January)
