Sales & Service Lead - Mall at Millenia

Job Summary
Lead an exceptional guest experience on the sales floor by assessing guest connections, delivering technical product education, and coaching team members to address gaps. Build daily client relationships, analyze reports to strategize results, and implement action plans for deficient areas while ensuring effective store coverage. Partner with Operations and Visual Managers to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory, and vendor relationships. Directly oversee Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers, handling recruitment, development, and performance evaluations to drive individual growth. Collaborate with Community & Studio and Operations leads to execute cross-functional training and company-level directives. Full-time role requiring 32-40 hours with variable shifts including peak days, weekends, and the Blackout period through early January.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ Years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
- Proven leadership capabilities demonstrating excellent decision making
- Values feedback, receptive to receiving feedback and eager to provide
- High energy, upbeat and enthusiastic with the ability to integrate fun and work
- Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Aligns with and embodies ALO's Guiding Principles

- Ability to work during the company's Blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving (including Black Friday and Thanksgiving weekend) through the end of the holiday season (the 1st week of January)
