Job Summary
Sales & Service Lead on the Austin floor responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, product education, and meeting engagement and sales targets. Lead and oversee Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers; recruit and develop talent; develop workforce solutions for coverage and lead selling initiatives. Partner with Operations & Visual Manager to manage reporting, budgets, inventory control, vendor relationships, and facilities; analyze reports to drive growth opportunities and implement action plans. Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business, team, and guest needs; collaborate with Community & Studio, Operations and Visual Leads to ensure cross-functional training and execution of company directives. Requires 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment, strong leadership, high energy, excellent communication, and a commitment to delivering results in a full-time role (Associate level); must be able to work variable shifts including peak days and weekends and participate in company blackout period.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ Years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
- Proven leadership capabilities demonstrating excellent decision making
- High energy, upbeat and enthusiastic with the ability to integrate fun and work
- Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Aligns with and embodies ALO’s Guiding Principles
