Job Summary
Sales & Service position at Goodwill of North Georgia (Northside Store). Responsible for greeting guests, promoting a positive brand experience, processing donations and merchandise, transitioning products to the sales floor, identifying upsell opportunities, handling POS transactions, and collaborating with management and teammates to meet production goals in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities include maintaining visual merchandising standards, ensuring safety and security practices, attending trainings, and contributing to a neat, organized sales floor. Must be able to work in a team and communicate effectively in English; forklift operation requires 18+ and will be performed as part of the role when applicable.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Must be 18 years or older to operate forklift (individuals age 16 to 17 not allowed)
