Responsible for thoroughly examining and grading donated goods to sell in Goodwill of North Georgia Retail stores. Process goods in an accelerated manner to meet production goals in a fast-paced environment while adhering to standard operating procedures. Maintain guest-focused service by greeting guests, promoting the brand, and suggesting additional items; effectively transition products to the sales floor; execute and maintain visual merchandising; upsell merchandise; handle POS transactions; collaborate with management and peers; follow trainings and safety practices; maintain a neat, safe work area; and perform other duties as assigned. Requires strong English communication, detail orientation, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting; forklift certification/age requirement noted in qualifications.
