Job Summary
Sales & Service Development Representative II is responsible for handling a high volume of warm inbound calls, with a focus on servicing, prospecting, and lead qualification. The role requires following scripts verbatim, building trust-based customer relationships, offering service support, and transferring qualified leads to a loan officer. The candidate should efficiently manage inbound/outbound calls, meet individual and team targets for lead conversion, customer service, productivity, and quality, and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Preferred background in mortgage, finance, and/or sales. Located on-site in Irvine, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a call center, sales, or customer service environment
- Excellent phone communication skills—clear, confident, and persuasive
- Basic technical proficiency, including experience with CRM systems, phone systems, and standard business tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word)
- Ability to multitask and manage time in a high-volume environment
