Sales & Service Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate sales activities and assist the sales team in managing client accounts; respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or in person; schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and service visits; maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and service requests; support the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and reports; collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer experience; follow up with clients post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns; assist in inventory management and order processing as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
