Job Summary
Meet homeowners on scheduled service calls, build trust, and close repair or upgrade sales. Replace springs, rollers, and motors while installing keypads, running wiring, and adjusting equipment. Lubricate and test components, use hand and power tools to complete work, and deliver an experience that earns repeat business. Collect payments and document each job. This role combines consultative selling with hands-on mechanical work for A1 Garage Door, offering uncapped commissions up to $150K+, a 6-week paid training program, and a company vehicle. Shifts run 6AM to 9PM seven days a week with flexibility based on performance.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years old

- 3+ years driving record
