Job Summary
Meet homeowners on scheduled service calls, build trust quickly, and close repair or upgrade sales. Replace springs, rollers, motors, and other door components while installing keypads, running wiring, and adjusting equipment. Lubricate and test systems to ensure smooth operation, then deliver an outstanding customer experience that earns repeat business. Collect payments and document each job using tablets and navigation apps. This role combines consultative selling with hands-on mechanical work, requiring a valid driver's license and ability to lift 75 lbs. You'll earn uncapped commissions with a six-figure potential, supported by a company vehicle, gas card, and all tools provided. Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license (3+ years driving record)
- Ability to lift 75 lbs., bend, climb, kneel, and work in varying temperatures
- Criminal background check and drug test (THC excluded)

- Reading and basic math skills for measurements and payments
- Minimum of 1 year in consultative sales
