Job Summary
Sales & Service Consultant combines consultative selling with hands-on garage-door repair work. You’ll meet homeowners on scheduled service calls, explain options, close repair or upgrade sales, and then perform the repair yourself. Training is provided, including 6 weeks (2 in market, 4 at Phoenix Training Academy) to gain mechanical skills, with uncapped commissions and potential six-figure earnings. A company vehicle, gas card, tools, and benefits are included; role requires field work, driving, and customer interaction.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year in consultative sales
- Valid driver’s license with 3+ years driving record
- Criminal background check and drug test (THC excluded)
- Ability to lift 75 lbs., bend, climb, kneel, and work in varying temperatures
- Reading and basic math skills for measurements and payments
- Basic comfort with navigation apps, Google tools, tablets, and software
