Job Summary
Meet homeowners on scheduled service calls to diagnose issues, recommend repair solutions, and perform immediate installations for springs, rollers, and motors. Complete the sale by presenting clear options to customers who already need service, then document and collect payments for each job. Deliver friendly customer service while building trust for referrals and repeat business. Operate a five- or four-day schedule with weekend requirements, utilizing a company-branded vehicle and gas card. This role combines sales with skilled mechanical expertise within a supportive team culture at Precision Garage Doors.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to communicate and explain necessary repair recommendations
- Valid driver's license for at least 3 years
- Must be able to bend, lift, climb and move heavy equipment in various working conditions
- Must be available for weekend days
- Must be able to perform repairs including replacing and installing springs, rollers, motors, etc.
