Job Summary
Meet homeowners on scheduled service calls, build trust, and close repair or upgrade sales. Replace springs, rollers, motors, and other components; install keypads, run wiring, and adjust equipment. Lubricate and test gear to ensure smooth operation, then deliver an outstanding customer experience that earns repeat business. Collect payments and document each job while performing hands-on mechanical work. No prior garage door experience needed; we provide comprehensive training. Uncapped commissions start at $90K, with top performers hitting six figures. Operate seven days a week with a company vehicle and gas card.
