Job Summary
Process deposits, withdrawals, and account service requests while delivering personalized financial guidance and recommending appropriate solutions. Assist customers with opening personal and small business accounts, support lending applications, and educate users on digital banking channels including online banking, mobile apps, and Interactive Teller Machines. Represent the bank at local events and branch outreach, then refer complex client needs to Relationship Bankers or business partners. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and policies while maintaining operational excellence through secure cash handling and audit readiness. Follow a rotating Saturday shift from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with evening hours and occasional travel to nearby branches as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift between 1–10 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 30 lbs
- Extensive computer and phone use
- Ability to travel between office locations as needed
- Rotating Saturday shift from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- Evening hours availability
- Occasional travel to nearby branch locations
