Job Summary
Monitor branch performance by preparing daily and monthly production reports and tracking Advisor Contracting Manual requirements. Assist in implementing sales initiatives, promotions, and contests while processing special fund requests and coordinating with underwriting and sales support departments. Manage branch administration by handling incoming and outgoing documents, conducting inventory of supplies, and briefing advisors on operations and governance guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- College graduate
- Marketing or communication arts background
- At least one year of work experience in a sales or a financial services company
- Knowledgeable in the use of the MS Office Applications (Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Working knowledge in the use of electronic mail (Lotus Notes)
- Ability to Learn – assimilating and applying in a timely manner new job-related information that may vary in complexity
- Attention to Detail – accomplishing tasks through concern for all areas involved, no matter how small; showing concern for all aspects of the job; accurately checking processes and tasks, maintaining watchfulness over a period of time
