Job Summary
Sales and Service Advisor at Kerry's Car Care in Peoria, AZ, responsible for greeting customers, documenting concerns, inspecting vehicles, identifying service needs, recommending services and parts, providing accurate quotes with cost and completion times, updating customers throughout service, handling cash-out with warranty and multi-point inspections, and conducting post-repair follow-up; also track returns and warranty parts and adhere to company policies and expectations while supporting advancement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful, but not required
- Possess State Inspector License or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire date
- ASE Certified Service Consultant Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire date
- Possess valid Arizona driver’s license, or obtain within 30 days of hire date
