Sales/Service Advisor - Mesa

Sales and Service Advisor responsible for greeting customers, listening to concerns, inspecting vehicles, documenting service history, and promoting and recommending services, parts, and accessories. Provide accurate quotes with cost and completion time, update customers throughout service, ensure proper cash-out procedures, conduct post-repair follow-ups, and track returns and warranties. Adhere to company policies and demonstrate professional, process-driven service. Must have a valid driver’s license, be at least 18, and be able to work Monday through Saturday. Industry experience as a Service Advisor is helpful but not required. Location: Mesa, Arizona.
