Sales & Service Advisor - East Valley - $48K-$85K

The Sales and Service Advisor responsibilities include greeting customers, documenting concerns, inspecting vehicles, and referencing service history to identify needs. You will recommend services, provide accurate quotes with cost and completion times, and communicate updates throughout the service process. You’ll promote services, parts, and accessories, ensure proper documentation in customer files, and follow cash-out procedures. Post-repair follow-ups and returns/warranty tracking are part of the role, along with adhering to company policies and standards. The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and a State Inspector license or the ability to obtain one within 30 days. You must be able to work Monday through Saturday and thrive in a process-driven environment with professional customer interactions.
