Job Summary
Sales/Service Advisor responsible for selling and promoting all products and services offered by the company by following the store standards and expectations. Greet customers professionally, listen to concerns, document service needs, recommend services, provide accurate quotes with cost and time estimates, update customers throughout service, process transactions, conduct post-repair follow-up, and track returns and warranty parts. Must demonstrate strong customer service, communication, and product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction and facilitate informed decisions; adhere to company policies and procedures; opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Possess current, valid driver’s license
- Must be at least 18 years of age
