Job Summary
Sales & Service Advisor responsibilities include greeting guests and delivering a world-class service experience, acting as the liaison between customer and technician by translating mechanical information into clear recommendations, confidently selling tires, wheels, repairs, warranties, and services, performing visual inspections and documenting findings, and helping maintain showroom and inventory standards. The role emphasizes building lasting customer relationships, partnering with the team to keep operations smooth and safe, and supporting career progression toward roles such as Service Manager. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of automotive service sales or related customer-service experience, strong communication, problem-solving, and a team-oriented mindset, plus a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift 70 lbs. Flexible weekend availability is required.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in automotive service sales, retail automotive, and strong customer service + transferable sales background
- Proven ability to sell services and build trust
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A self-starter with problem-solving ability and team spirit
- Valid driver’s license + ability to lift 70 lbs
