Sales & Service Advisor

Greet guests and deliver a world-class service experience while acting as the liaison between customers and technicians to translate mechanical issues into clear recommendations. Confidently sell tires, wheels, repairs, warranties, and services to build lasting relationships that convert first-time guests into lifelong customers. Perform visual inspections, document findings, and help maintain showroom and inventory standards. Partner with the team to keep operations smooth, efficient, and safe. This role requires 1–3 years of experience in automotive service sales, retail automotive, or strong customer service with a transferable sales background. Candidates must have proven ability to sell services, strong communication and organizational skills, and be a self-starter with problem-solving ability. A valid driver's license and ability to lift 70 lbs are required. Flexible availability, including weekends, is necessary to serve customers when they need us most.
