Sales & Service Advisor

Greet every guest and deliver a world-class service experience while acting as the liaison between customer and technician to translate mechanical issues into clear recommendations. Confidently sell tires, wheels, repairs, warranties, and services; perform visual inspections and document findings; and build lasting relationships that turn first-time guests into lifelong customers. Help maintain showroom and inventory standards and partner with the team to keep operations smooth, efficient, and safe. Requires 1–3 years of experience in automotive service sales, retail automotive, and strong customer service, plus a valid driver's license and ability to lift 70 lbs. Flexible availability including weekends is essential to serve customers when they need us most.
