Job Summary
Manager to join the Sales & Commercial ELS team in Manesar. Responsible for all commercial function including sales, marketing, business development and customer support for assigned customers or region; develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans and pricing strategy; drive sales growth and market penetration; lead RFQ/RFI generation and responses; coordinate with OEMs and JV partners; manage data on sales & marketing, Pricing, costs, and market shares; conduct market analysis and strategic planning for new business opportunities; oversee training product availability and customer communications; maintain MIS and monitor KPIs; pursue major negotiations and define sales plans and budgets; collaborate on technology days/product introductions and ensure SOPs across the defined markets. Skills include OEM sales/marketing knowledge, CRM tools, ERP (SAP/Oracle), Lean Six Sigma, product costing, and Power BI.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering
- MBA in Sales & Marketing
- 10 to 15 years relevant experience
