Job Summary
Senior Sales Executive responsible for driving growth of insurance software in Japan, leading end-to-end enterprise sales engagements with Tier-1 and mid-market insurers, building executive relationships with CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, COOs, and heads of distribution, and positioning SaaS/cloud/digital transformation solutions across policy administration, claims, billing, and distribution platforms; manage opportunities from qualification to closure, including solution positioning, proposals, and contract negotiations.
Required Qualifications
- 20+ years of enterprise software or IT services sales experience
- Strong experience selling into the Japan insurance industry
- Proven track record of closing large and complex transformation deals
- Experience selling Insurance core systems SaaS platforms, Cloud solutions, Digital transformation services, AI and automation solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field
- MBA preferred
- Excellent people and executive relationship management with C-level stakeholders in Japan insurers
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and AI initiatives in insurance
- Ability to navigate regulatory and market dynamics in Japan
- Experience with RFPs, commercial negotiations, and governance processes
- Strong network within Japan insurers and insurance ecosystem
