As an Internet Sales Representative, you will convert digital inquiries into showroom appointments and sales, respond rapidly to inquiries via phone, email, and text, maintain expert-level knowledge of 7 new car brands and pre-owned inventory, draw customers into the store for vehicle demonstrations and closing, coordinate digital promotions with dealership sales and advertising campaigns, and provide a seamless one-stop shopping experience for all customers.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of sales experience or equivalent training preferred
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivation and desire to control own income
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy, collaborative team environment
