Job Summary
Deliver exceptional in-store and omnichannel service by inspiring customers to express themselves through fashion while maintaining high visual merchandising standards. Support store operations by executing window styling, managing stock, and ensuring health and safety compliance during opening procedures or when management is absent. Collaborate with the team to drive sales performance, exceed targets, and foster an inclusive environment where every voice is heard through Your Voice initiatives. Act as a brand ambassador to promote New Look's values, local community connections, and product knowledge to drive store results and brand awareness.
