Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer experiences by inspiring shoppers to express themselves through fashion while supporting omnichannel sales across store, website, and app. Maintain high visual merchandising standards, execute window styling, and manage stock levels to drive store performance and reduce loss. Collaborate with the team to implement retail strategy, exceed sales targets, and ensure a safe environment by adhering to health and safety procedures. Act as a brand ambassador, engage with local communities and charity partners, and provide genuine product recommendations based on current trends.
