Job Summary
Deliver exceptional omnichannel service by inspiring customers to look and feel good while managing store standards, visual merchandising, and loss prevention. Collaborate with management to implement retail strategy, exceed performance targets, and ensure compliance with mandatory training and health and safety procedures. Support team development through the Your Voice initiative, acting as an ambassador for store-wide engagement and quarterly feedback forums. Execute window styling, floor moves, and product recommendations to drive brand awareness, while occasionally serving as a Key Holder to manage store operations and stock in the absence of management.

- Confidence to confidently recommend products to customers
- Ability to execute window and mannequin styling to a high standard

- Ability to discuss specific work patterns with the employer
