Job Summary
Lead sales efforts in Indonesia for Yubi's Lending, Collections, and AI offerings by driving revenue growth through new client acquisition and building relationships with high-level decision-makers across traditional banks, digital banks, and payment companies. Strategically target institutions within core focus segments, develop a robust channel partner network, and execute targeted sales strategies to capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Indonesian and broader Southeast Asian BFSI sectors, while tracking performance metrics including revenue and pipeline. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives and develop solutions that meet client needs.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive sales experience, with a focus on enterprise software and/or financial services
- Deep expertise in the BFSI landscape across Indonesia and the Southeast Asian region
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Experience in a leadership role, managing a team of sales professionals or strategic partnerships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian market and regulatory environment
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective sales strategies
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in Bahasa and English
Desired Qualifications
- Extensive experience in the FinTech or Financial Services industry with a regional (SEA) footprint
