Job Summary
Retention-focused sales role in GoFibre’s Edinburgh/Berwick offices. You’ll speak to customers considering leaving, uncover root causes, and demonstrate why staying with GoFibre is the right move. Responsibilities include handling conversations with at-risk customers, resolving issues quickly, building trust through clear communication, overcoming objections, identifying opportunities to upgrade the customer experience, and achieving retention, upsell, and satisfaction targets. Strong emphasis on problem-solving, resilience, and customer-care mindset with uncapped commission and a supportive benefits package.
