Job Summary
Lead end-to-end AI-enabled reporting transformation initiatives from concept through delivery, including success measures and adoption plans. Identify, prioritize, and size high-impact automations and AI use cases across reporting and planning. Partner with Sales and Research leadership to design modern reporting frameworks emphasizing insights and decision support. Translate business questions into structured analysis and executive-ready narratives for senior stakeholders. Build an execution roadmap with Technology and Data partners, including delivery milestones and dependencies. Establish governance, controls, and KPIs to track quality, risk, and value. Improve data integrity through validation checks, reconciliations, and controlled data preparation. Enable self-service insights through scalable solutions, documentation, and user enablement. Standardize reporting approaches and drive continuous improvement to reduce cycle time. Coordinate with reporting partners, including offshore teams where applicable, to ensure outputs are accurate and business-relevant. Monitor delivered solutions and refine them based on feedback, performance metrics, and evolving needs.
Required Qualifications
- Few years of experience in planning and analysis, business management, reporting, analytics, or a closely related role
- Demonstrated experience translating business needs into an AI or automation roadmap and delivering initiatives end-to-end with measurable outcomes
- Working knowledge of AI-enabled analytics and automation, including a strong focus on data quality, governance, and controls
- Hands-on experience building large language model-enabled solutions, including prompt design and evaluation methods
- Hands-on experience with production patterns for large language model solutions, such as retrieval-augmented generation, tool or function calling, and guardrails
- Experience partnering with Technology and Data teams to deliver scalable solutions with controlled processes
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders and deliver in a matrixed organization
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs into clear insights
- Strong written and presentation communication skills, with experience delivering executive-ready narratives
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accountability for delivery timelines and quality
- Hands-on Python experience for analytics, workflow automation, and repeatable pipelines
- Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
- Experience modernizing reporting platforms and enabling self-service reporting and insights
- Experience with anomaly detection, automated data quality monitoring, or automated narrative generation
- Experience setting up operating models, documentation standards, and measurement frameworks for analytics products
- Experience coordinating with offshore or distributed delivery teams
- Experience working in a sales or research-supported environment
