Job Summary
ENT Sales Representative position focused on promoting and selling Stryker ENT products in operating rooms and offices. Responsibilities include conducting product evaluations, demonstrating product value to clinicians (doctors, nurses, and staff), systematically tracking territory progress and reporting findings to the Regional Manager, solving product-related issues on-site, and meticulously managing sample inventory. The role emphasizes relationship-building with internal partners and external customers, meeting or exceeding performance objectives, and navigating a fast-paced healthcare sales environment. Requires 5+ years of outside sales experience (medical or B2B preferred) or a Bachelor’s degree, around 20% travel, and a valid driver's license; in-house and field-based training are provided, with commission-based compensation and potential bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in an outside sales position (medical related fields or b2b sales preferred) or Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University (plus 2+ years of outside sales experience preferred)
- Travel requirement: Approximately 20% travel
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive an automobile
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication
- Must be able to communicate/present to large groups of people
- Must have the ability to prioritize work and keep detailed and confidential records
- Stryker will provide in-house product training program and field sales training
