Job Summary
You’ll start as a Sales Representative in an outside-sales capacity focused on servicing and growing client relationships for equipment manufacturers. Responsibilities include prospecting in the field, visiting prospective customers, selling service and preventative maintenance agreements, and leveraging CRM (Dynamics 365) to track opportunities and manage customer relationships. You’ll work with cross-functional teams across Parts, Service, and Rentals to identify opportunities, build confidence with customers, and contribute to a long-term career path into equipment sales, account management, or leadership. The role emphasizes hands-on product knowledge, consultative selling, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, with an autonomous field-based schedule, company vehicle, and opportunities for growth and leadership over time.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years in sales or customer service (plus)
- valid driver’s license
