Job Summary
Territory Sales Representative responsible for achieving assigned sales targets, developing and maintaining relationships with customers and prospects, conducting presentations, and negotiating terms of sale. This is a commission-based, full-time role based in Oklahoma with frequent travel within the territory. Requires outside sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Optical or fashion industry experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outside sales
- Experience in the optical or fashion industry is a plus
- Minimum of a high school diploma
- Ability to engage and build relationships
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
