Job Summary
Promote and sell Stryker Sports Medicine products to enable faster patient recovery from injuries. Act as a sales lead by preparing pitches, attending demo meetings, and negotiating prices and terms. Analyze market territories, manage inventory reports, and solve product problems for customers. Educate doctors, nurses, and staff on product usage and maintenance, including direct evaluations in operating rooms. Generate growth in sports medicine sales while building powerful relationships with internal and external contacts. Drive quarterly sales quotas and exceed targets through persistent, results-driven efforts.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience working in an outside sales position
- Medical related fields
- Bachelor's degree
- Equivalent of five (5) years of commercial sales experience
- Medical field experience
- Operating room experience
- Must be able to drive an automobile
