Job Summary
Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your assigned territory while utilizing the CRM to identify, close new business, and consistently achieve weekly sales goals and quotas. Execute the Cintas Sales Training Program to apply skills in cold-calling, in-person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, objection-handling, and closing. Deliver solutions for work apparel needs including weekly laundry, delivery, repair, replacement, and company branding to help teams appear professional and prepared. This B2B role focuses on building a successful career within the Outside Sales team while supporting customers as they get Ready for the Workday.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proficiency with intranet/internet
- Proficiency with Contact Management System (CMS)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Prior sales experience (1 year+), preferably in a similar role
- Prior new business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
