Job Summary
Sales Representative for outside B2B sales in uniform/work apparel solutions. Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within the assigned territory; utilize CRM to identify, close new business, and meet weekly sales goals and quotas. role includes weekly laundry, delivery, repair, replacement, and branding services; training and certification provided; compensation combines base salary with commissions and potential quarterly bonus; includes a car allowance and comprehensive benefits. Emphasizes customer-focused, team-oriented approach, with emphasis on negotiations, demonstrations, objection-handling, and closing deals. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and proficiency with MS Office and CMS/CRM; preferably a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (not required). This is a full-time, in-person sales role in Iowa with potential for career advancement and recognition.
