Job Summary
As a Sales Representative, you will proactively identify and engage new customer prospects, including contractors, design professionals, business owners, and distributors. The role requires strong technical expertise in selling concrete construction products and a commitment to customer service excellence while achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include promoting and selling products, conducting cost-benefit analyses, building relationships with clients, pursuing new business opportunities, and collaborating with Customer Service to maintain satisfaction. Success in this position is driven by the ability to cold call, provide technical support, and analyze market trends.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in selling concrete construction products
- Minimum 8 years of proven experience in sales of concrete construction products
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools
- Ability to build strong professional relationships with clients
- Demonstrated ability to cold call contractors and provide expert technical support
- Experience providing job site services and troubleshooting/installing concrete repair products
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Certifications in construction or industry-related fields
