Job Summary
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives within the assigned area while identifying new business opportunities with potential customers, retailers, and distributors. Meet sales targets by guiding the sales team, conducting market research to identify trends and competitor activities, and monitoring performance metrics to optimize strategies. Resolve customer complaints professionally and prepare regular reports on sales activities and market trends for management. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing, one year of sales experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. Salary is 100,000.00 gross plus commission.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least one experience in sales

- Strong leadership and motivational skills to guide and support the sales team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Sound knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and market analysis
- Ability to travel within the designated area to meet clients and oversee sales activities
