Job Summary
Sales Representative for Medical Device solutions in Iowa/Omaha territory. Responsible for calling on surgeons, material management and OR staff in hospitals, selling surgical safety and disposables, communicating product benefits, building relationships with clinicians and administration, achieving sales targets, planning cost-effective travel, identifying and prospecting new customers in hospitals, medical centers, and clinics, and collaborating with internal leadership to communicate needs. Territory includes Omaha, NE; role emphasizes meeting quotas, travel within the assigned territory, and leveraging a hunter sales mentality to close new business.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree Required
- Hunter mentality with sales #'s and accomplishments
- 1-2 Years of B2B sales (Payroll, Copiers, Uniforms) or Light Medical Experience. No Pharma!
- Minimum 2 years tenure with current employer
- Must own a quota and a track record of proven sales success with accomplishments in resume
- Proven ability to knock on doors, cold call, prospect and close new business
- Ability to travel daily to different locations throughout assigned territory
- Compensation: Base Salary 50-55k, 90-110K uncapped commissions, Car Allowance 300/mo + Gas, Expenses, and full medical benefits
